Ordering Process
All orders are processed with care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Packages are typically shipped within 24–48 hours after secure payment has been verified. Orders requiring customization, special preparation, or additional services may require extra processing time.

Shipping Timeframes

• United States & Canada: 2–7 business days via FedEx, UPS, or DHL

• European Countries: 5–7 business days via FedEx, UPS, or DHL

Shipping Address Requirements
Please note, we cannot ship express orders to P.O. Boxes. Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Sapphire Extensions is not responsible for packages if:

• The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete (carriers cannot locate it)

• No one is available to sign for the delivery

• The carrier leaves the package at your front door and it is taken

• The package is signed for by someone not authorized to receive it (malicious theft)
